Unlike traditional bulwark Pu 500 is hybrid Polyurethane which is water based meanwhile this will possess all the properties of one traditional Polyurethane possess it cures by natural air, sunlight and gives Tough heavy duty rough mate finish membrane with extreme resistance for water and UV rays hence this can be applied as Highend waterproofing system on concrete and can be covered with screed this also can be applied on Open Terrace without protective screed. BULWARK Pu 500 has excellent bonding strength hence instead replacing the GI sheets this can be used as a Anti corrosion cum expandable waterproofing coating on GI sheets.

Due to its heavy tensile strength and excellent compatibility with cement mortar in order to save time and energy this can be used in the process of repairing an old terrace without removing weathering course and can be applied even on the PCC before laying new tiles on it.

BULWARK PU400 is single component, Solvent Based POLYURETHANE COATING which is consists of specially developed polymers and properly selected components.BULWARK PU400 is not a usual Polyurethane coating is modified Polyurethane which cures by natural air, sunlight and gives Tough heavy duty Waterproof Membrane with extreme resistance for water and UV rays hence this can be applied on any Open Surface including Terrace and wall.

BULWARK PU400 also has excellent resistance to Corrosion with high bonding strength hence this can be used as a Anti corrosion coating on any Steel structure.

METHOD OF APPLICATION IN WATER PROOFING : SURFACE PREPARATION:

• Prior to application of BULWARK PU400 the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
• When placing BULWARK PU400 coating, water should be remov
• The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.

APPLICATION:

• After surface preparation like Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULWARK PU400 must be applied on the Top of suitable primer Ex.Bulwark Seal cote-3
• Two coats are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve desired thickness.
• First coat should be allowed to air dry for 2-3 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.
• If pond test to be done then can be done only after 48 hrs from the time of application.

PRECAUTIONS:

• BULWARK PU400 system must be applied with temperature above 10 C and below 40 C.
• BULWARK PU400 should not be used with addition of cement.
• BULWARK PU400 is not harm for applicators and users.

STORAGE:

• Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5 C to 30 C in sealed condition.
• Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
